Join our team
At Unc Inc, you really do make a difference. We work in small, self-directed teams and have guilds to avoid silos. Here, you build more than a career: you make new friends and get a second home. Whether you love diving deep into technology or enjoy brainstorming with colleagues, we have room for your talent and ideas.
What to expect with us
Our people are our greatest strength, so we focus on cultivating great teams where everyone can thrive. We continuously invest in training, team development, collaboration, personal growth and our culture.
Education
We provide regular training and courses to improve the skills of our teams. In addition, each employee receives a personal training budget to support their individual development goals.
Happiness Survey
This survey gives us valuable feedback from employees, allowing them to make decisions that contribute to a more positive and fulfilling work environment. Our overall score is a 7.
Salary system
We maintain transparency in conditions of employment, including salary. Earnings are based on levels and experience, with annual raises and inflation adjustment. We avoid bargaining for fairness.
Personal development plan
Each employee has a development plan that encourages growth through the OKR methodology. We evaluate progress four times a year and make adjustments as needed.
Buddy system
Our buddy system provides support in various areas, such as stress management, working with managers, personal development and receiving helpful tips.
Volunteer
The full impact of our work is only really felt outside the digital environment. That's why we offer employees special leave for volunteering so they can get involved in community causes.
Your new workplace
Our beautiful and spacious office is located in a small shipyard on the NDSM site in Amsterdam North. Surrounded by water, fun bars and all kinds of events, we offer a working environment that gives every opportunity for creativity, inspiration and a party.
