Say hello to Jolijn!
We are experiencing considerable growth with Unc Inc, so it is important to manage the increasing amount of work we are doing. Someone who will play an important role in this is Jolijn Koppenol, the new project manager of one of our three production teams. Through three questions and a handful of photos, she introduces herself to you today.
Why did you choose Unc Inc?
Last year I wanted to shift my focus in terms of work. I started to very consciously and actively explore what really suits me. The most important elements in this for me are IT, creativity and being able to make a social impact. And what turned out, at Unc Inc it all seemed to come together. To verify whether my image was correct, I talked to Eltjo (Smit, Management Director, ed.) and after this (digital) coffee my enthusiasm for Unc Inc grew.
In recent months I have also become involved in development, a branch I find incredibly interesting. To now be able to work together with the team of developers is therefore very cool!
You have only been there for a short time but what is your first impression?
The monthly company meet-up was my kick-off with the whole team. There you immediately notice that you join a friendly and close-knit club. I immediately got a look behind the scenes at all the production teams and what they are currently working on.
In addition to the nice informal atmosphere, you notice that the entire team works resolutely on great projects and that everyone looks each other up digitally despite working from home. That team feeling is very nice. And of course I hope to see everyone in real life soon.
What will you be working on in the near future?
I am very much looking forward to getting to know the various clients we work with. There are many great projects we are working on with our team but one that I am very much looking forward to that with HVC. Because of the scope and scale, I expect we can really make an impact with that; exactly what I came to Unc Inc for!
