Product Design Internship

As a Product Design intern, you'll work fully on different and meaningful projects, in a small, self-managing, multidisciplinary team. You will be given a lot of responsibility and can sometimes interact directly with the customer, if you wish. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and share your knowledge with us, as we will do with you. That way we learn from each other and from the projects we do, every day.

You closely follow developments in your field and your craft is part work and part out of control hobby. You are proficient with Figma, Adobe programs and have an eye for detail. Experience with Framer is a plus. Furthermore, you have some experience or affinity with user research, qualitative (usability tests) or quantitative (Analytics, Hotjar, Maze). And with designing Personas, User Journeys, Flowcharts, and Wireframes or Visual Designs. Above all, you are social and love to be sociable.

We offer you an internship of four or five days a week, where you can create and execute your own internship plan. You will have a regular internship supervisor that you can consult at any time, while working with your colleagues as a full team member. You will participate in all team processes, such as sprint planning, retrospectives and reviews. At Unc Inc, you are not a performer of single jobs, but a full member of the team.

Furthermore, you get the space to gain knowledge and inspiration. For example, we regularly organize an 'Eve of Inspiration' where we share the things that inspire us. And there is room to attend relevant events, webinars and trainings.
