Salary system
We maintain transparency in conditions of employment, including salary. Earnings are based on levels and experience, with annual raises and inflation adjustment. We avoid bargaining for fairness.
Personal development plan
Each employee has a development plan that encourages growth through the OKR methodology. We evaluate progress four times a year and make adjustments as needed.
Buddy system
Our buddy system provides support in various areas, such as stress management, working with managers, personal development and receiving helpful tips.
Volunteer
The full impact of our work is only really felt outside the digital environment. That's why we offer employees special leave for volunteering so they can get involved in community causes.

Our planet
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by promoting sustainable office practices, encouraging eco-friendly travel and supporting working from home. Through careful selection of suppliers and partners, we ensure ethical and environmentally friendly practices, amplifying our positive impact.
Carbon footprint
We measure our carbon footprint to understand our negative impact. It currently stands at 65 tons, which is relatively low. We continue to work continuously to further reduce our carbon emissions.
Selection of suppliers
Suppliers are carefully selected for ethical and environmentally friendly practices. We work with local suppliers whenever possible. This increases our positive impact beyond our own actions.
Environmental management system
Our EMS effectively manages environmental impacts and reduces our carbon footprint, while demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.
Sustainable travel
To encourage the use of public transportation, we fully reimburse these costs. During company weekends, we give priority to sustainable transportation options.
E-Waste
We strive to use our hardware as sustainably as possible. When we no longer use it, we make sure it ends up with people who can reuse it.
Always on the road to better
We are well on our way, but there is always room for improvement. We are currently testing impact rebates to encourage greener choices among customers. Our efforts to reduce carbon emissions include researching greener hosting solutions, exploring carbon offset options and developing energy-efficient websites. We strive to increase our positive impact and reduce our carbon footprint as we work toward a more sustainable future.
